Degree in Economics and Commerce, University of Bergamo.

After acquiring experience in leading auditing companies, I took on a series of increasingly responsible positions in Italian and foreign multinationals, in the UK, Austria, Denmark and France, eventually reaching CFO and general manager level.
I have worked in Italy, the UK, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal and Greece.
Entered in the list of Chartered and Certified Accountants of Milan, section A, no. 7374, since 2008.
Entered in the list of Statutory Auditors pursuant to the ministerial decree of 12/02/2009, as no. 154259, published in edition 19 of the Official Journal of 10/03/2009.
Member of the Mediation Body of the Foundation of Chartered Accountants of Milan, as accredited by the Ministry of Justice.
Member of the AIDC, Italian Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants, Milan section.
I occupy director and liquidator positions in joint-stock companies.
I have a highly detailed knowledge and extensive experience of the corporate world, whether in relation to small to medium enterprises and multinational groups, in combination with the specific technical skills of a chartered accountant and statutory auditor of accounts.
I am an expert in administration, finance and control, internal procedures and control, accounting, statutory control and auditing of accounts as part of company control systems, IT systems applied to the AFC area, company tax and legal affairs, due diligence, corporate restructuring, liquidation, company crisis management, and company and management consultancy.
On the basis of international seminars attended, I have developed my knowledge of and applied skills in international negotiating techniques, international multiculturalism, organisational and service management, dynamic systems analysis and systemic thinking applied to corporate decisions.
As well as Italian and English, the languages which I use on a daily basis in the profession, I also speak French and German.
